In March 2019, pipeline robot equipment was applied in a water pipeline project in Renhe Town, Anyue County, supporting the purification system of a local fracturing natural gas station.

The project involved pipelines with diameters of 273 × 6 mm and 168 × 6 mm, with a total length of 24.3 kilometers and 2,300 welded joints. The steel pipes adopted external 3PE anti-corrosion coating and internal epoxy anti-corrosion prefabrication, ensuring reliable corrosion protection and long-term operational performance.

Due to the hilly terrain, the project faced several construction challenges, including steep pipeline inclinations and a large number of bends and elbows. These conditions placed higher demands on equipment adaptability, construction precision, and coating quality.

With the support of pipeline robot equipment and advanced anti-corrosion solutions, the project was completed efficiently and met the technical requirements for complex terrain pipeline construction. This project further demonstrated the strong application value of pipeline robotic equipment in challenging field environments.
