We successfully developed and delivered a DN600 internal anti-corrosion robot for the Water Supplies Department of Hong Kong, China, providing an efficient and intelligent solution for internal pipeline corrosion protection.

This project was specially designed to meet the technical requirements of DN600 steel pipelines, with a focus on improving coating quality, operational efficiency, and construction reliability inside the pipe. As internal anti-corrosion work is one of the key steps in ensuring the long-term safety and service life of water transmission pipelines, the robot was developed to provide stable and precise coating performance under demanding field conditions.

The system integrates advanced robotic technology with intelligent control functions, enabling accurate positioning and efficient operation within the pipeline. It is designed to support internal coating applications while improving construction consistency and reducing the dependence on traditional manual operations. This helps enhance both work efficiency and coating quality, especially for projects with high standards for internal corrosion protection.
