PRODUCT DETAILS

The production line is mainly mixed with NBR, PVC and other materials. Through a series of processes such as refining-extrusion-vulcanized foaming-cooling-cutting, it can produce rubber-plastic foam sheets and pipes of various sizes, densities and colors, as well as non-foaming rubber products. The production line is continuous vulcanized foaming under atmospheric pressure, with a high degree of automation, less labor, and energy-saving and power-saving.

Heating method of foaming furnace: electric heating or gas (natural gas, liquefied gas) heating.

The production line can produce:

Pipe: inner diameter 6-160mm, wall thickness 6-40mm

Plate: width 0-2000mm, thickness: 6-50mm.
