In July 2020, our equipment was successfully applied in the Nanyang Canal Tao Water Diversion Project located in Linxia, Gansu Province, providing reliable support for pipeline anti-corrosion construction and helping ensure the long-term safety and efficiency of the water diversion system.

The project involved steel pipelines with a diameter of 630 × 10 mm, covering a total length of 29.3 kilometers, with 2,521 welding joints. For this project, the steel pipe body adopted external 3PE anti-corrosion coating and internal epoxy anti-corrosion prefabrication, meeting the high technical requirements for durability, corrosion resistance, and operational reliability in water transmission infrastructure.

As an important water conservancy project, the Nanyang Canal Tao water diversion project required strict construction standards and efficient execution throughout the pipeline installation process. With a large number of welding joints and demanding anti-corrosion requirements, the project placed high expectations on both construction quality and equipment performance.

Our solution provided strong technical support for the anti-corrosion work of the pipeline system, contributing to improved construction efficiency and consistent coating quality. The successful implementation of this project once again demonstrated our capabilities in pipeline anti-corrosion equipment and our experience in supporting large-scale municipal and water transmission projects.
